I have a chance to create a typeface based on a famous person. I choose to make Novus–a dancing typeface based on the dancer, choreographer Travis Wall. I have to create a poster to promote the typeface, a type specimen book, a type specimen CD, and a mug design. My main goal is to create a typeface that has a lot of movement, elegant while disciplined just like how a dancer works.
